We do not offer refunds on any services, including PPC management, SEO, SEM, and website design or development. By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. No-refund policyDue to the time, labour, and resources invested immediately upon commencement of any campaign or project, all fees paid are non-refundable. This applies to:Pay-per-click (PPC) management feesSearch engine optimisation (SEO) servicesSearch engine marketing (SEM) campaignsWebsite design and development servicesAny setup, onboarding, or strategy fees
2. Ad spendAny ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) is governed by those platforms' own terms and is entirely outside our control. We are not responsible for refunding ad spend, regardless of campaign performance or outcome.
3. CancellationsClients may cancel services by providing written notice as outlined in their service agreement. Cancellation does not entitle a client to a refund of fees already paid. Any work completed or in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
4. Dispute resolutionIf you believe there has been an error or have a concern regarding your invoice or services, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the issue arising. We are committed to reviewing all concerns in good faith and aim to respond within 5 business days. Disputes must be raised directly with us before initiating any chargeback or third-party claim.
5. ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter is considered a breach of our agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to suspend or terminate services immediately upon notification of a chargeback attempt.
6. ExceptionsWe reserve the sole discretion to issue credits or partial adjustments in exceptional circumstances. This does not constitute a waiver of this policy or an obligation to do so in future cases.
